The Well-being of Future Generations Act
The Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act is about improving the social, economic, environmental and cultural well-being of Wales. It makes the public bodies listed in the Act think more about the long-term, work better with people, communities and each other, looking to prevent problems and take a more joined-up approach.

(Wales) Act
Engaging with Bee1 will help you to meet the requirements of Section 6 Biodiversity and resilience of eco systems duty. You can demonstrate compliance with the 9 principles in Part 1. Section 7 of the said Act places a duty on Welsh Ministers to take all reasonable steps to encourage others to maintain and enhance species and habitats.
